At Melo Candle Lab, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Melo Candle Lab within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items. In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. A pre-order lets you reserve products before they are poured, cured, and ready to ship. Pre-order items are clearly labeled "Pre-Order" on the product page, along with an estimated ship date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will ship later rather than immediately.

All delivery timeframes are considered Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays. Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and time in transit.

Standard shipping orders placed after 2PM ET will be moved to the next business day for estimated delivery.

Shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax. Tax is determined based on the location of your shipping address.
