Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Chesterfield, Virginia, which means we make your order with care rather than pulling it off a warehouse shelf. This policy explains how pre-orders work so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

  • You can reserve items with a pre-order before we pour, cure, and prepare them for shipping. On the product page, pre-order items are prominently marked "Pre-Order" with an expected date of shipment. You agree that your item will ship later rather than right away when you place a pre-order.

  • Preorders begin on September 22, 2026, and end on October 1, 2026, or until the batch is sold out, whichever comes first. Because each batch is poured by hand, quantities are restricted.

  • When you place your pre-order, complete payment is taken. Your purchase enables us to find ingredients for your candles and guarantees your place in the pouring timetable.

  • It is anticipated that pre-order items will ship between September 14, 2026, and October 1, 2026. We won't speed up the curing process, which is necessary for hand-poured candles to burn cleanly and retain their entire smell. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
